   Utilizes rubber packing for enhanced sealing reliability. A self-locking nut       prevents loosening during prolonged operation.

2.Point-Type Guide Block

   The gate is guided by nylon point-type blocks, ensuring stable movement.      A smooth transition at the port base minimizes residue buildup and                reduces operational failures.

3.Blade-Arc Gate

    The blade-shaped arc design at the gate base delivers superior cutting            performance, particularly for pulp and fiber-rich media. After precision            grinding, the gate undergoes hard chrome plating for exceptional wear            resistance and corrosion resistance.

4. Movable Seal Seat

   Features a spring-loaded O-ring to maintain preload force, ensuring tight       contact between the seat and gate. Automatic compensation for wear           during long-term use extends service life. Options include metal seats,           PTFE, or EPDM seats to suit diverse operating conditions.

5. Multi-Flow Port Configurations

   Sealing ports can be designed as V-shaped, triangular, or pentagonal to        meet varying flow regulation requirements.
